Program details
This is a hybrid or blended program providing both in-person and online instruction.
This 720 clock hours program includes training in computer software designed to prepare the individual for a variety of office careers, which may include data management, accounting assistant, bookkeeper and executive assistant. Program begins with the basics of word processing and professional administrative document preparation, moving on to PowerPoint business presentations preparation, 10-key, Excel spreadsheets including functions and formulas, database creation/design/output using Access, basic accounting including invoices, reports, purchase orders, payroll and account creation using QuickBooks. The program is 360 hours lecture and 360 hours lab time.
