This program provides in-person instruction only.
This competency-based course is designed to cover the principles and processes involved in double-entry accounting systems. It deals with accounting cycles and specialized accounting functions. It includes the use of calculators and microcomputers process financial information and produce reports using appropriate software to develop electronic spreadsheets. The competencies in this course are aligned with the California high school academic content standards.
