This is a hybrid or blended program providing both in-person and online instruction.
An Associate in arts program that prepares individuals to apply technical knowledge and skills to plan, manufacture, assemble, test and repair parts, mechanisms, machines and structures in which materials are cast/formed/shaped molded/ heat treated/cut/twisted pressed/fused/stamped or worked. More specifically, graduates of this DVC AS degree program will gain skills and knowledge in areas that include machining, industrial hydraulics and pneumatics, shop and field maintenance, basic electricity, technical drawing, basic drafting, and applied mathematics.
