The Construction Project Management program will help you learn about project management principles and best practices in the construction industry. Construction project managers have a hand in every aspect of a project - from the planning stage with architects and engineers to the budgeting stage with estimators to the production stage with laborers, and the close-out and occupancy stage with the owner and occupants.
