This program provides in-person instruction only.
Advanced security concepts course in advanced security training is designed to prepare the student for a career as a security guard. In this course the student will receive American heart association certification training in adult/infant/child CPR, first aid and AED (defibrillator), training in how to use a Taser ECD device, complete a sexual harassment course and receive bureau of security and investigative services (BSIS) state certification training for a basis guard card, a BSIS baton permit and a BSIS firearm permit, as well as school security guard SB1626 . The course provides the training of becoming a security officer, and the legal documents that are required from basis in order to work as a security guard in the state of California.

Programs on that list can be paid for through an Individual Training Account. Ask before you enroll, not after
The order the rules set out starts at the center rather than at the school. Before a center can find somebody eligible for training services it has to gather enough to decide, at a minimum through an interview, evaluation or assessment and career planning. Referring a person to the provider they have chosen and setting up the account both come after that, and both are the center's to do — the account is a payment agreement with the training provider, and it is the provider that is paid through it.
