This program provides in-person instruction only.
This course is designed to prepare students for entry level employment as a security officer. Technical instruction includes safety policies and employability skills. Emphasis is placed on: peers of arrest, weapons of mass destruction and terrorism, public relations, observations, documentation, protocols, liability, officer safety, arrest, search and seizure, and fire safety.
