This certificate program is conducted in a fully integrated four-day format held over two consecutive weekends. Unlike other programs, the course format provides greater continuity across the knowledge areas, and tailors the time spent on each topic to be consistent with the level of content and complexity.

The order the rules set out starts at the center rather than at the school. Before a center can find somebody eligible for training services it has to gather enough to decide, at a minimum through an interview, evaluation or assessment and career planning.
