The Homeland Security Certificate of Achievement is designed to give students an up-to-date overview of the issues in Homeland Security, with an emphasis on the role of first responders. Using an all-hazards perspective, this certificate will help prepare students for public or private sector employment in Homeland Security and related areas, such as transportation security officers, program analysts, intelligence researchers, criminal investigators, and border patrol agents..
