This program provides in-person instruction only.
This competency-based course is designed to prepare students for employment in building maintenance and cleaning work. Instruction covers equipment, materials, and methods used in routine maintenance and cleaning of offices, shops, hospitals, schools, stores, and outdoor areas. Topics include commercial methods for floor care, wall and window washing, and making minor building repairs.
